Payment must be made on completion of the repair unless you have a credit account.
Our preferred method of payment is either Visa or Master Card in either Debit/Credit Card format.

CREDIT ACCOUNT

A credit account is only available for a registered company or trade user.
A credit account application form can be downloaded by clicking on the button,left.
Once completed, please either email, post or fax back to us on: 01728 588050. Upon receipt we will process your application.

CASH PAYMENT

Cash is accepted however please retain your receipt to validate your warranty and guarantee.

DISCLAIMER

1. Occasionally glass may crack spontaneously and irreparably during repair through no fault of our technician. In that event WE will a) not charge YOU for any repair attempts and b) recommend YOU contact a windscreen replacement company to replace the glass. The vehicle owner will be responsible for reclaiming the cost of glass replacement thought their motor insurance and for meeting any excess associated with the claim. Note that glass replacement claims do not generally affect no claims bonuses.

2. YOU agree to be responsible for the full cost of any glass replacement work on your vehicle and YOU accept liability for any costs arising from any unsuccessful glass repair.

3. Note that the finished glass repair quality is dependent on the nature of the damage. This means that it is not always possible to effect a perfect, clear finish. YOU acknowledge and agree that WE will not be held liable if YOU are not happy with the look of our repair. In this event WE reserve the right to charge YOU at the prevailing rate.

4. WE have no liability arising from loss of income, loss of vehicle use and costs associated with either, including indirect or consequential loss, as a result of engaging our services. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
